“L’heritage”
This piece was written for the 2015 Cal State Los Angeles Annual French Poetry Contest with the theme of Fraternity. Out of two hundred college and high school competitors, Rhiannon won a special award from the French Consulate for the sole original poem.
Queen Latifah!
Rhiannon and her friends were invited to perform on the Queen Latifah Show, along with feminist icons Gloria Steinem and Gladys Knight!
After they performed, Queen Latifah, who’d actually started out in spoken word, had an educational discussion on the power of poetry with the girls!

In this video, Rhiannon plays a captured hero with teleportation powers who is finally rescued by Alesso.
